last full week in Ladispoli! President called us for transfer calls
and he told me that I will be changing cities, companions and
leadership positions. The news is that I will be going back down to Sicily
to be a zone leader! I will be serving in a city called Catania with
an awesome missionary named Anziano Stanley! He is a big guy, not sure
where from, but he's really a funny kid. I have talked to the missionaries who have served in Catania and they all say that it has the best food in the entire mission! I guess you could say I'm pretty excited about that! I will take the train 13 hours down to Catania! Not so exciting hahahaha! But its gonna be great! I will live close to a volcano called Etna! And it will be amazingly beautiful! The ward there is awesome as well and i will be living in a four man house! Party!

So in the last couple of weeks we have been working really hard
to be able to get referrals from members! This morning we had a lady
text us telling us that she talked to this girl who is searching for
God in her life! So she sent us her number so we can contact her
tonight!
It seems to me like the best way to be a missionary is to be yourself
and invite all people to learn more! It's really not that hard, at
first I thought you had to be a strange different person but I
realized that it's not necessary. We just need to be a little more
outgoing and courageous! In my personal study, I am reading the New
Testament as well as Doctrine and Covenants. In the New Testament I am
reading the end of Mark right now. And in the D&C I am in section 102. I read about a half hour of each everyday. Also, we study together in the Preach My Gospel manual to fine tune some things we do everyday especially with teaching!
During this week I had to say some goodbyes, one to a student from our English course who is awesome! He even invited us over for dinner
and he offered us the best of everything! He went to a farm to pick up
some fresh eggs for the pasta, then he used some meat from a pig that he
owned and had butchered, his wife even made some 7 grain home made
bread! I was soo amazed! They are just the sweetest family ever! He even
makes his own wine but he knows we don't drink so he wasn't offended
when we didn't partake. He said that anytime i come to Italy I am
welcome to come to his place and stay! What a great guy! I have met some really cool people here in Rome and if we ever come back it'd be nice to see some of them! They even offered their houses or basements to stay in which are really nice places.
Other people I had to say goodbye to were some other English course
students! This time I took pictures of the fun outdoor community lunch
we had! We made fresh pizza in a wood burning oven! Sooo good. I've attached
